Format Conversion: A Procedure Into a Single Picture

The following is a company's first-week onboarding procedure for new hires. Day 1: equipment handout and account creation. Day 2: security training (mandatory; without it, no system access). Day 3: team introductions and mentor assignment. Days 4–5: doing the first task with the mentor. However, if account creation is delayed, every subsequent step slips by one day.

Imagine drawing this procedure as 'a single picture,' and describe that picture in words in detail. Conditions: (1) The picture must contain all five steps, the fact that 'security training is a gate,' and the dependency that 'a delay in account creation pushes the whole schedule.' (2) Use at least two of the picture form's strengths (spatial layout, size, color, arrows, etc.). (3) End with one line: what became visible—that the text list couldn't show—once you switched to a picture.
