(1) Write the problem concretely in two or three sentences. (2) Pick 3 or more of the 13 tools, set their order, and design step by step what each tool will produce for this problem and how the output of one tool passes to the next. (3) Set 1 first action for this combination—executable within 24 hours and in under 30 minutes. (4) Write the expected observation: what should be observable within 2 weeks if this approach is working.
