Two Tools: Observing → Analogizing

Problem: The team's weekly meeting runs past its scheduled time every time, and once it's over it's fuzzy what was actually decided. You apply 2 tools to this problem, in order.

Step 1 — Observing: Note at least 3 things that actually happened in a recent meeting, as facts only, without interpretation (concrete down to who, how many minutes, how many times). Interpretations like 'the mood dragged' are forbidden. Step 2 — Analogizing: Pick one other domain (sports, cooking, traffic, etc.) whose structure resembles what you observed in Step 1, and carry over how that domain handles the same problem to create 1 candidate solution. Be sure to (1) separate the observation output from (2) the analogy output, and (3) end with one line on 'why this analogy would have been impossible without the observation.'
