Constrained Creation: A Week of Dinners from 3 Rules

Task: design 7 days of dinner menus, next Monday through Sunday. But you may not choose the menus first. Make the rules first, and let the rules give birth to the menus.

Make 3 rules of your own that decide the dinner menu (e.g. rules about ingredients, cooking method, cost, day of week — any axis is fine). Then, using only those 3 rules, design the Mon–Sun dinner menus. Your answer must include (1) the 3 numbered rules, (2) the 7-day menu, and (3) a marking of which rule each menu satisfies and how.
