A Consistent Rule: The Sequence That Holds to the End

Here are four number sequences. Each claims to have been 'made with a single rule.' A: 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 B: 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 27 C: 1, 2, 4, 7, 11, 14 D: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 35

Work out each sequence's rule, then choose the one where the rule you first identified never once changes all the way through. Judging from only the first three or four terms is a trap. Apply the rule right down to the last term.
