Mental Manipulation: Rotate and Flip the Arrow

A card with an arrow printed on it lies on the desk. The arrow currently points up (the 12 o'clock direction). You (1) rotate the card 90 degrees clockwise, then (2) flip it once left-to-right so that its left face and right face swap places.
