Inside view: a 70-year-old at the kiosk

L3

Person: someone in their 70s, at a burger franchise for the first time. Scene: weekday lunch hour, standing before the kiosk that is the only way to order. They've promised to buy their grandchild a burger. On the screen a pop-up reads 'Would you like to upgrade to a combo?', the text is tiny, and they left their reading glasses at home. Three office workers are waiting in line behind them.

Reconstruct this scene from this elder's inside view. It should capture what actually reads on the screen and what doesn't, their awareness of the people waiting behind them, and the movements and hesitations of their hands. Don't write sentences observing from outside — write with their eyes and inner voice. At the end, on a new line, propose one 'improvement to this kiosk (or store)' that became visible precisely because you stood in that viewpoint, in a form you could act on right away.
